So after a dinner with my family, I wake up to vomiting ALL OF MY DINNER AND NOT SLEEPING THE REST.OF.THE.NIGHT.
And then, no food for two days. I've been starting to eat goldfish crackers and apple juice but just. ugh.
Take it from me, kids. Don't screw up your own health by doing dumb things.
I mean, I'm okay, but for awhile I was puking up water right after I drank it. now im just shaken
